Why/When did I start training?
One of the questions I get asked very often is Why I started working out, so lets get to it.
About 4 years ago I had a totally freak accident with a fence which ended in a lacerated achilles tendon . After emergency surgery and over 8 weeks of physical therapy. I decided to join a gym. I honestly couldn't afford all those physical therapy appointments and I realized that all I was doing there was light exercising. I decided to take matters into my own hand (and save my bank account) by joining a gym to do the same thing. After a couple weeks, I completely fell in love with training.
And after that?
After a year of being in the gym 5 days a week and getting the hang of things, I enrolled in P.F University and completed their Fitness and Nutrition Program where I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and I am very proud of myself for it :)
Now I want to help as many people as I can with my online coaching programs !
